That time of year to throw on your Halloween gear and venture out in the streets of Huntsville to paint town blood red. Halloween falls on a Wednesday this year, which means we get to celebrate it starting this Friday. Here’s some events we recommend as as always, all of these events are on The House app! Open The House app, click “Day” in the top left and you can now click on any day of the week up to 7 days in advance to see what’s going on for the whole week.
Friday, October 26th:
Straight to Ale Brewing: Thriller Nights Halloween Party - 8pm to 10pm.
Get a babysitter for the kids, get your costume on and come on out to boo-gie at Thriller Nights Halloween Party! This event is located in the Straight to Ale Speakeasy and is a 21+ event. DJ CBattle will be spinning some of your favorite spooky tunes from 8-10pm. We'll have a photo booth, special cocktails and more! Free admission. Then join us in the gym the following night for a family-friendly Halloween party where you'll get another chance to dress up and dance! No need to choose between your top two costumes when you've got two parties to attend!
Salty Nut Brewery - 2nd Annual Masquerade Ball - 7pm to 11pm.
2nd Annual Masquerade Ball. Much more than a costume party. Get dressed up....or don't...but come prepared to party. The taproom transforms into the perfect mix of elegant and spooky. Great drink specials, one of Huntsvilles Hottest DJ's, VIP area for those who want to make the most of the evening, and much much more. Last year’s event was packed so Do Not wait to get your tickets!!
Clinton Avenue Block Party 2018 - 5:30pm to 8pm
Join us for an evening of live music from Rob Aldridge & The Proponents (featuring special guests, The Alabama Horns), discounted shopping, prize giveaways, and much more! Presented by The Garage at Clinton Row, this free, family-friendly event will have something for everyone to enjoy.
Saturday, October 27th:
Mad Malts Brewing: Halloween Party w/ The Shags - 7pm to 10pm
ATTENTION Ghosts & Ghouls!! It's time for our most SPOOKTACULAR Party of the Year!! THE SHAGS will be providing the Fabulous Music And IN THE BUN Food Truck will be serving their delicious new Fall menu treats!! And, as always, Mad Malts has the brews covered!!! Costumes Encouraged!! Let's Eat, Drink & Be SCARY!!!
Below The Radar Brewing Company: Halloween Costume Party - 8pm to 10pm
Drink Specials: $5 BTR Beer, $5 Wine, $5 House Drinks
People in house between 8-10 pm can be added into a costume contest. We will take pictures of everyone between those hours and then the staff will vote at 10pm. We will have two categories to vote on: Single & Couples/Groups. We will have prizes for the first and second place winners.
Humphrey’s Bar & Grill: The Haunt at Humphrey’s: Panic on The Patio! 11am to midnight.
The haunt will be in full force all day Saturday October 27 as the Panic on the Patio returns to Humphrey's Bar & Grill! Start off with a ghoulish brunch at 11am with Chelvis and da Bean with $3 mimosas and $4 bloody marys. The party continues at 6pm with DJ Matt Wake spinning tunes at 6pm. Kosmic Mama finishes off the night at 930pm. There will be a costume contest, Halloween themed drinks and pumpkin beer, and much more. Don't miss the Panic on the Patio-- where of course there is NEVER a cover charge!!
Rocket City Craft Beer: Halloween Costume Party w/ Mike Slaten - 7pm to 10pm.
Halloween is almost here, and the best way to celebrate is with delicious beer, great music, and fun costumes. Join us for a great evening with live music from Mike Slaten with special guest Josh Carples starting at 7 p.m. There will be prizes for the best costumes in three categories: Funniest, Scariest, and Best Couples/Group Costume. Did we mention great beer?

Old Town Beer Exchange: Downtown Tri 2018 - BONUS PICK - Non Halloween related.
ADMISSION IS FREE - RACE REGISTRATION IS $50 - Go to EventBrite to register
Summary: Teams of 4 race a three-wheeled, human-powered vehicles around a square block (track) downtown. Beer, food and hilarity. The $50 race registration goes to the non-profits supported by OTBX throughout 2018.
Monday, October 29th:
Straight to Ale Brewing: Howl-o-ween
Dress up your dog and join us on the patio for Howl-o-ween on October 29th from 5-8pm! Don't let your pup miss out on the Halloween fun - they do the tricks and we'll provide some treats! We'll also have our dog park set up with toys available. Be sure to enter your dog in the costume contest at 6:30pm for a chance to win some STA merch! Live music on the patio from 5-8pm with Ingrid Marie.

Yellowhammer Brewing: Hallow’s Eve Buti Glow - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Our annual Halloween Buti Glow is here and we plan to PARTY DOWN! Come dressed to the nines in your most amazing halloween costume for your chance to win some awesome prizes!! We will have local creatives setting up shop on the patio before the class, so you can sip AND shop!Here's how it will go down:
