Virgola of Chattanooga offers a distinct menu consisting of fresh, cold-water raw oysters, ceviche, salmon crudo, tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail, and red and black caviar, as well as imported Italian cheeses, cured meats, refreshing salads, paninis, tomato basil and lobster bisque soups, and other warm sandwiches in a stylish and cozy setting.
