100 Years 100 Beers Bootleggin' Celebration - October, 19 at Bootleggers Inn

Sat 10/19/19 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM CDT

On October 28th, 1919 US congress passed the Volstead Act establishing prohibition, thereby effectively creating the renegade opposition known as Bootleggers. Until Dec 5th, 1933 when prohibition was repealed Bootleggers mastered the art of eluding the law.

We celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Volstead Act at Bootleggers this year with 100 years, 100 beers!

During those 38 days (Oct 28-Dec 5) we will be featuring great stories of Bootlegging and we will mark 100 beers with a complimentary sticker. If found, your next one will be on us to celebrate this historic time in American History!
