The Whiskey Society plays host to another Texas Whiskey Titan on Wednesday, November 20th as we welcome Andalusia Whiskey Co.'s Ty Phelps!
Fresh from a feature in Texas Monthly on the Texas Whiskey Boom, Ty will be joining us to talk everything from the broader Texas Whiskey category to the specifics of what makes Andalusia's whiskeys taste the way they do. Along the way we will check into everything from their Triple Distilled Irish Style Whiskey to their house-peated Revenant Oak, and their Texas BBQ smoked Stryker Single Malt. On top of that, Ty will be treating us to some extra special Pedro Ximenez Sherry finished numbers not yet tasted by the wider public!
A Welcome Punch will be ladled right at 7:00pm as check-in begins (while supplies last) with Ty to take us through the full range from Andalusia right at 7:30pm. As always, don't miss this opportunity to share some pours with the guy that makes the stuff and the man helping to put the Texas Whiskey category on the map.
