This event is always a lot of fun and all proceeds will go to The Ingram Cancer Center at Vandy. We can accept cards for the payout on auction items, but all raffles tickets and bingo cards will be cash only. The meeting will be conducted as follows:
9am doors open 10am Blind Auction Floor will open, raffle tickets will go on sale, and Bingo cards will be sold 11am Lunch will be served. We will have fruit and pastries to serve before lunch 11:15 Bingo will begin, yes bingo!!! $5.00 a card. 12pm Auction floor closes 1pm winners announced and prize pickup and payout begins 2pm meeting will conclude
