We have decided that starting Friday July 3rd, we will no longer be operating Urban Stack as a full-service dining room and will be switching back to take-out and delivery only indefinitely. This is not a decision that was easy for us to make, but the safety of our staff and our guests has been our main concern over the past few months as we have tried to responsibly navigate this pandemic. We have been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 in our community and at this time we feel that operating as take-out only creates the safest work environment for our staff and one that allows them to socially distance while at work while we do our best to deliver our guests the experience that you all trust us to deliver when you visit Urban Stack. We are continuing to follow every possible safety protocol that we can and we feel very strongly that eliminating table service at this time will give us the opportunity to continue to operate in the most responsible and safe manner. For the time being, our dining rooms in our larger restaurants will remain open at 50% capacity as it is easier for our employees and our guests to social distance in those restaurants. We are monitoring the situation in the community very closely and will rethink our operations as we feel that any future changes should be made within our restaurants.<br /> We ask that when you do visit us, that you please wear a face covering or a face mask when you pick up your take out order from us. As you have probably noticed, all of our employees are wearing face masks at all times while they are in our building to protect our guests and to protect each other as well.<br /> Today, Thursday July 2nd, our dining room will be open today from 11am-9pm. We will reopen tomorrow at 11am for take-out and delivery only.<br /> We appreciate everyone that will continue to support us and our staff by placing take-out orders directly through the restaurant or by placing delivery orders through Dinner Delivered. The continued support of the Chattanooga community over the past few months has been incredible and we want to thank you all.
