Tune into Food Network on Thursday, October 17th as our very own Chef Charlie Loomis appears on the Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay.” “You Look Radishing” is a battle between the South and the Southwest as Charlie competes against Chef Israel Rivera of Albuquerque, New Mexico for a shot at Bobby Flay.
Now in its 22nd season, “Beat Bobby Flay” is a face-off between two talented chefs for a chance to take on Bobby Flay himself. But to get to Bobby, the chefs must compete against each other, creating a delicious dish with secret ingredients chosen by Bobby himself. Judges Alex Guarnaschelli and Jeff Mauro know Bobby's strengths and his weaknesses. Their goal: Pick the chef who has the skills to take down Bobby Flay in his own arena. The winning chef gets to challenge Bobby with his or her surprise signature dish. If Bobby goes down, the winner can tell the world, "I beat Bobby Flay!"
