Swing by the Taproom as we welcome Chef Corrinne West for a special beer dinner - 'Chews and Brews'.
This four-course dinner consists of dishes created with our own Cahaba Brewing Company beer. Each course is accompanied by a 4 oz pour of the beer used to create the dish.
Four-Course Dinner and Beer Pairings
- A Cahaba Oka Uba Cheddar Bisque topped with crushed pretzels.
- A delicious salad with mesclun greens, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, feta cheese, and dressed with a Cahaba Pale Ale Balsamic Vinaigrette.
- The main entree is an individual Beef Pot Pie made with the Cahaba Lager.
- Then we'll close out dinner with a decadent Mocha Cake made with the Steel Cut City Oatmeal Stout.

To keep to COVID regulations, this event is limited to ten tables, each seating four people per table. When purchasing tickets, you must purchase a table.
