Regional specialty foods are the source of endless, impassioned debate. In the South, it’s BBQ. If you’re from the Midwest, it’s Coney Dogs. Our favorites since we were kids is from Fort Wayne’s Coney Island Wiener Stand. Our recipe is based off these classic dogs and we’ll put them up against any in Knoxville.
