For pickup orders, even curbside pickup, you can place your order at: www.samandgregs.com. Just click the bright yellow Online Order button on the first screen, then select either the Madison restaurant or the Downtown Huntsville restaurant. It’s easy and fast. And as of today, we’ve implemented a new texting feature to let you know when your order is within 15 minutes of being ready, as well as an additional text when it is ready, so that you can pop inside to pick it up. Our Madison location has a drive-thru pickup window, and at our downtown location, we’ll run it out to your car for you, if at all possible.
For delivery orders, we team with GrubSouth, so just head to their website at: www.grubsouth.com, and you’ll find us. It’s a quick and easy process, and it’s delivered hot to your door.
Speaking of quick and easy, we are working with a limited crew, so the Online Ordering choices outlined above are absolutely the fastest way to get your order into our system, and food into your tummy. I encourage everyone to go this route, and we will focus on baking.
You may also walk into our restaurants to place your orders, as we still plan to have a crew member at the register. But I encourage everyone to try out the Online Ordering options, because it’s easy and fast, and helps to encouraging the social distancing we are all asked to adopt.
The last option is to call the restaurant to place your orders. But with limited staff, you will find that ordering online is the path of least resistance, because the computer can’t put you on hold! Besides, you can take your time and get your order just as you like it, and then have it immediately print in our kitchen.
