Hallo-Weekends in the Speakeasy - October, 30 at Straight To Ale

Fri 10/30/20 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM CDT

To celebrate Huntsville History Month, we've decided to revamp one of STA's most iconic features, our Speakeasy, Fridays and Saturdays from 5-9pm. In keeping with the themes of history and Halloween, we have a lineup of classic cocktails with our own brand of twists and Saturday screenings of classic horror films. This will all lead to Halloween weekend featuring Drag Queen Bingo on the 30th at 6pm, and Horror Movie Classic Trivia on the 31st at 6pm. Wear a costume to these finale events for a chance to win a prize!

Full Lineup - October 2 - Spiced Rum Old Fashioned October 3 - Dracula screening October 9 - Olde Town Pumpkin Beer Floats October 9 - Homegrown Comedy at 7:30pm October 10 - The Most Dangerous Game screening October 16 - Rum Cider Punch October 17 - House on Haunted Hill screening October 23 - Bloody Rosemary October 24 - Nosferatu screening October 30 - Mulled Apple Cider October 30 - Halloween Drag Bingo at 6pm October 31 - Horror Movie Classic trivia at 6pm

While we are hoping to provide some fun nights out for our community, we will be doing everything we can to keep our patrons safe and healthy. All CDC and State regulations will be upheld. The Speakeasy will be sitting room only, and masks must be worn unless guests are seated at their tables. Wear a mask that highlights your Halloween costume!

Straight To Ale

Founded by local home brewers in 2009, Straight to Ale has quickly grown to become one of Alabama’s largest production breweries. Starting small with a 3 Barrel brewhouse in 500 square feet in Huntsville’s Historic Lincoln Mill, we realized that we greatly underestimated Alabama’s thirst for locally produced craft beer and moved into a 10,000 square foot production facility on Leeman Ferry Road in south Huntsville. Over the next few years we added more and more fermentation capacity in that location until it was full, reaching 1,000 barrels of capacity. Though this location is no longer in operation, it was an integral step in our expansion.
