Why lager? Prized for their crispness, subtlety and drinkability, lagers require one of the rarest ingredients in brewing: time. To achieve that refreshing, crisp character, lagers have to be cold-conditioned for several weeks. In the time it takes to brew one authentic lager, a brewery can brew two ales. But we believe that good things come to those who wait.
Our Munich-Helles style lager is as traditional as it gets. German malted barley. German hops. German yeast. At 5.1%, our lager is the perfect after work beer. Clean and balanced, the Helles is, quite possibly, the quintessential beer.
