Since 2018, Latham has competed in the amateur boxing brawl for Rough N Rowdy. This past February, the chef fought an internet troll, Matt Light in Atlanta. The chef won the fight by K.O. and was streamed live by over 150,000 people.

He made his network television premiere on Season 1 of Comedy Central’s Stand-Up Revolution and was brought back for a second appearance on season 3 in 2014. In 2009, Latham appeared in the independent film, I’m Not Like That No More alongside Paul Rodriguez and Felipe Esparza. In 2013, Latham was a featured headliner in season 2 of NUVOtv’s Stand-up and Deliver, as well as an invited guest to the first ever Oslo, Norway Comedy Festival.
