Join WhichCraft and The Beer Museum on Thursday Feb. 27 as we explore the unique Farmhouse Ales found in and around Austin. We'll cover the European origins of farmhouse beer and how local brewers have put their own spin on the style.
This event will be hosted at WhichCraft Tap Room. Gin, Matt & Cameron from The Beer Museum will be setting up the traveling roadshow version of the museum's exhibits and will dive deep into the origins of farmhouse ales, how they came to America and how local brewers have expanded on the style. WhichCraft's very own Certified Cicerone Chuck Stephens will also provide in-depth knowledge about the ingredients used in each beer and tasting techniques.
Expect 3-4 oz pours of 5 different local beers plus we'll share a special bottle or two as we discuss them as a group. Must be 21+.
