Grab your mat, your friends, and $10, and take time to recover Monday. Yoga Classes are designed with strengthening and stretching in mind, while utilizing yogic practices (breathwork, meditation, and traditional asana/poses). Led weekly by Veronica Carmazzi or Tracy MG Riggs! $10 = yoga + beer or $8 = yoga only.
