The Taproom's bistro setting is the backdrop for dinner at The Lumberyard. Dinner service begins at 5 p.m. with a focus on appetizers ideal for sharing, generous portions and creative entrees. The Taproom features over 30 beers on tap, wine and hand-crafted cocktails.
The Kiln serves up scratch-made bar snacks and killer burgers from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Creative options like jalapeño hushpuppy sliders, roasted brussels sprouts and falafel fritters share the menu with more traditional bar fare like sweet and spicy wings.
The Blue Bayou dining car serves a family-style multi-course southern gourmet meal. Staff in railroad attire entertain guests with multi-media vignettes of railroad history and folklore. Choose Thursday, Friday, or Saturday destinations to dine on this uniquely refurbished 1924 railway car. A Blue Bayou excursion is an immersive experience that compliments the evening's destination/bill of fare. Hand crafted prohibition-era cocktails are available along with fine wines and other spirits at the Blue Bayou Bar. Ages 13 and up, please.
