Dugger Band In 2013, Dugger Band began their country music career when Bristol Motor Speedway asked them to perform at their annual night race. Since that day, many doors have opened for brothers Jordan and Seth Dugger, who come from a long bloodline of East Tennessee music makers.
The brothers draw from their country, rock and pop influences as a house band at world famous venues like the Wildhorse Saloon, Tootsie’s and Honky Tonk Central in Nashville, TN. In 2015, Dugger Band is taking their show on the road for nearly 200 dates nationwide. Many of the band’s live shows are now standing room only. Jordan and Seth both write, sing, and play multiple instruments. You can see their confidence, energy, and connection with the audience grow through each performance.
Dugger Band’s debut album ‘Fly’ is receiving rave reviews from audience’s worldwide. Jordan and Seth co-produced the 11-track album with Paul David. The songs were recorded in multiple Nashville studios with some of the best session players in town. The brothers explored several emotions and musical directions with their first Country record. ‘Friday Night’ takes the listener back to high school where our biggest concerns were a current crush and having enough gas to get around. The music was arranged to lean towards a stadium anthem.
‘Whatcha Coulda Had’ is a lighthearted look at rejection. Influenced by traditional chicken-pickin’ Country music, it explores the “moving on” stage of grief. ‘Love Song’ expresses the nerves we have all felt when we talked to a crush for the first time. Through the album’s title track, ‘Fly’, Jordan encourages listeners by showing that no matter how badly we have failed or how hard we have fallen, we can get back up and fly again.
Dugger Band’s career is taking off. Jordan and Seth have been honored to share the stage with Craig Morgan and Charlie Daniels. More than 200 corporate sponsors back Dugger Band’s tour and the brothers have performed on country radio and national television.
They realize that God placed a love for music in them, and they are thankful that He allows them to do what they love everyday.
