Service Industry Yoga is open to all. Weekly classes are designed for those in the Service Industry (Front and Back of House) and those who stand for much of their day, but everyone is welcome. Meet the Teacher: Emily Lovelace, 200RYT has worked in the service industry off and on for over 13 years. She wants to share yoga with those she has a passion to help, service industry folks. Using a blend of physical postures and mindfulness, she hopes to alleviate pain and stress that working in the service environment inevitably brings into the body and mind.
