Join us May 18 for a palate development class! In this class, you’ll get a primer on how to taste coffee well. Cody will lead us through the two coffees we took to US Brewer’s Cup this year. Then, we’ll taste them alongside several different tasting notes and flavors.
In this class, you’ll learn about fragrance, aroma, acidity, flavor, aftertaste, and body, and how to detect them in your cup.
