We will be joined by Brian Cox of Nelson's Green Brier Distillery as he guides us through the history and background of the Belle Meade Bourbon brand while showcasing some of the more innovative styles of whiskey popular today. The ticket includes this presentation along with three tasting pours of the Belle Meade Finished Bourbons: Sherry Cask, Madeira Cask, and XO Cognac Cask. Unknown Caller will be pairing this incredible whiskey with three varieties of house-glazed bacon. Mango-Habanero Glazed to pair with the Madeira Cask, Salted Chocolate Glazed to pair with the XO Cognac Cask, and Maple Glazed to Pair with the Sherry Cask.
