In this hands on 8-hour day you will get the opportunity to: Brew a full scale, 15 barrel brew from start to finish. Learn about various components, ingredients & processes Assist with grain milling, hop additions, transfer & cleaning Learn about Mash In, Sparge, Yeast and much more!!
This exciting day comes with Lunch Brewery Shirt of your choice Pint Glass Flight of 4 beers at the completion of your day Growler of your choice to leave with Option to fill your carboy now or after primary fermentation to give it your own spin Growler of completed product!
Must be 21 years of age, be able to work around loud noises & wet surfaces in a production facility.
