We are throwing a birthday party for Harry Potter! Well, sort of. Our favorite "boy wizard" is turning 39 this year and to celebrate, Moms for Social Justice has partnered with Wanderlinger Brewery to put on a magical trivia event!
Come out and celebrate your favorite lightning-scarred lad with the coolest kids in town. There will be food trucks and of course, delicious Wanderlinger beer for purchase! Wanderlinger is generously donating a portion of all sales for the evening to The Magic of Literacy. The Magic of Literacy is our annual Potter-themed event that benefits our Classroom Library Project. You can read more about the Classroom Library Project here. Last year, we gave away over 100 copies of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" to local kids.
We have 15 spaces open for groups of 5, and 10 single tickets available. A group of 5 costs $54.67, and an individual ticket is $14.36. (These prices include EventBrite fees.) All ticket sales benefit The Magic of Literacy, our biggest fundraising event of the year! Each round winning team will enjoy a pitcher of beer on the house and the grand prize will be Riddikulus! You might even meet a costumed character or two!
Grab your magic squad and come on down! This event is 21+. Trivia will be a mix of book and movie-related questions. Trivia starts promptly at 7 PM!
