Biography: New Grass Express is a Bluegrass band from Chattanooga,TN that began their journey together in 2011. They are a high energy, hard driving Bluegrass and Gospel group with both a Traditional and Modern Bluegrass sound with their own distinctive harmonies. Leading the way with the accomplished lead vocals and guitar/bass is Retired USAF Veteran Steven Graham. Adding the dynamic five string banjo is Christy Tankersley. With the talented lead guitar picking is Barry Simpson. Adding talent on two instruments, mandolin and dobro, is Steve Snyder.
